(1) After conducting the inspection according to Section 8 of the Act, the inspector shall submit an inspection report to the Ministry with a detailed description of the things observed during the inspection. (2) After receiving the report as per sub-rule (1), the Ministry may do any or all of the following in this regard:-
(a) to present the person, organization or proposer who pollutes or disposes of waste in violation of the Act or these regulations and make a statement,
(b) to inspect any mechanism, tool, machinery, goods, etc., (c) to prohibit the use of any mechanism, tool, machinery, etc. after inspection, (d) To issue any order deemed appropriate for prevention of pollution and non-disposal of garbage.
